We specialize in the production of low to mid-volume electronic assembly. We offer a broad range of experience gained through years of producing viable products for a variety of industries.

Consignment/Turnkey Manufacturing
As a contract manufacturer, we provide both turnkey and consignment services. For turnkey service, we purchase all required components, manage the material, suppliers and inventory from start to finish, including prototype, box build, testing and verification processes.

Prototype/Design Build
We can offer a client small production runs and R&D prototype services with materials procurement or in kits. All prototype assemblies are fully reviewed for design functionality and manufacturability to insure an end product that can be produced for application or market needs.

Printed Circuit Board Assembly
Utilizing in-house capabilities, and when necessary strategic partners, we are able to offer the following:

Surface mount—fine pitch BGA, 0402 chip devices, single and double sided
Through hole
Mixed technology PCBs
Automated, semi-automated and hand-assembly
Quick prototypes
Automated optical inspection (AOI)

Box Build
ARMA assembly professionals are skilled at electro-mechanical assembly. We can take products through final assembly, create the housing, provide product performance testing and burn-in to produce a viable and marketable support application. We also provide shipping packaging and fulfillment services to a distribution center or to a specified user.

ARMA Design uses high quality sheet metal suppliers to provide chassis and other fabricated components. We incorporate reliable plastic injection molding facilities for plastic housing requirements.

Product Support
Our involvement in our client’s products doesn’t end when the product is completed. We prefer to stay involved in your product from creation through field support for the life of the product.
